Here at ProTech Security we know how important keeping your independency is. Unfortunately, the fact is as we grow older our bodies do not function as well as they once did. This may be a concern to you and to your family. What if something were to happen like a slip and fall or a medical emergency? What would you do? Would you be able to reach the phone to call for help? These are questions we need to ask ourselves to be prepared.  We at ProTech Security have the answer to these questions, a Lifewatch system. Our Lifewatch systems are very affordable and easy to use. You and your family will be provided with peace of mind, knowing that if something were to happen to you or a loved one, help is just one button away.


OUR LIFEWATCH SYSTEM

The Lifewatch system enables everyone to have peace of mind.  Our system allows you to live normally with the security of being safe.  The Lifewatch system comes with a base and a pendant.  The base easily attaches to your phone line.  The pendant can be either worn on your wrist, around your neck, or anywhere else you might choose.  A trained professional from ProTech Security will come to your home and set the unit up, it only takes a few moments.  After he or she sets the unit up you will fill out a short form about any special directions for emergency personal.  With our Lifewatch systems it is easy to keep your independency. 


THE LIFEWATCH PROCEDURE

Here at ProTech Security our job does not stop after the unit is installed.  After the short medical form is filled out, we record it and give it to our monitoring center.  Our monitoring center then inputs it into their emergency response computers.  Now we are ready for any event that might happen.  There are many situations that can arise during our lifetimes that we could all use a Lifewatch system.  From medical emergencies to reminders to take your medications, Lifewatch does it all.


OUR MONITORING CENTER

Our Lifewatch systems are monitored by Noga's Monitoring Center located in New Castle, PA.  Noga is well recognized in the community.  Their 24/7 monitoring center is staffed with caring and dedicated dispatchers, emergency workers and office personnel, who will be there to help you in your time of need.  Even though, Noga handles our monitoring, in no way does this mean you do not have the freedom to choose your own preference for a responding ambulance company.
